Are all the appliances in good shape?


Yes, all of our appliances are in great shape. All appliances are in working order, they are triple checked for proper function, and cleaned prior to leaving our facility. Being used appliances they are sold in as-is condition for minor cosmetic dents or scratches. That being said, we will not send out an appliance in terrible cosmetic shape. We do everything possible to make sure you receive a quality used product and a vast majority of our items are in great condition.




How do I know what refergerator size to get?


We use a simple sizing concept! We offer Small- Medium- Large refrigerators! For example your purchase of a medium refrigerator may come as a 16 cubic, 17 cubic, or 18 cubic! You can see the sizing guide here for dimentions!




Do you sell both gas and electric stoves?


Yes, we sell both natural gas stoves and electric stoves!




Are the appliances tested?


Yes, all the appliances we sell are triple tested to ensure that they will function properly!




Are the appliances clean?


Yes, all appliances are thoroughly cleaned and touched up prior to leaving our facility!




What does the 90 day warranty cover?


Our 90 day warranty is a replacement warranty. If your appliance fails to operate within 30 days of your delivery, we will gladly replace the appliance with one from our inventory as soon as possible!




Do you take away the old appliance?


Yes, we gladly haul away your old appliance free of charge!




When and what days do you deliver?


Our delivery schedule is Monday - Friday 9-5! We will reach out to you via text and/or email when we are on our way!




What forms of payment do you take?


We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cash on delivery and checks.




What if im out of your delivery area?


For orders of 5 or more appliances, we will gladly deliver up to 30 miles from Gloversville NY 12078. Any delivery within 15 miles is always free!




Can I pick up my appliance sooner?


Yes, if you would like to pick up your appliance from our warehouse, please let us know when you place your order to make arrangements.




Do you do house calls for repairs?


No, unfortunately we do not make service calls.




Do I have to be at the property for delivery?


No, if you are unable to be there or if you are a landlord looking for delivery, we would just need someone over 18 there to let us in!




Do you do refunds?


We do better than refunds, we do full replacement of the appliance with our 30 day warranty! We only offer refunds of original payment If we are unable to deliver your appliance due to size restrictions.




Do you have a showroom?


Yes we have a virtural showroom. In order to keep prices very low, we are a warehouse distributator, meaning we specialize in appliances for use in apartments, property management,and local buisnesses. If you would like to view and order from our inventory you may do so here.
